Mobile JKN provides various features to make it easier for its users, one of which is online service registration. However, people do not know about the convenience obtained from the use of mobile JKN. Patients at Menur Psychiatric Hospital who registered themselves using mobile JKN were only 0.05%. The purpose of this community service is to introduce the JKN mobile application to patients or patients' families. The method of community service carried out is socialization, data collection is carried out by interviews and questionnaires. The target of this socialization activity is patients or patients' families, informants also contribute, namely medical record officers and PKRS officers. After the material was delivered, respondents were asked to practice it directly. This community service activity is running smoothly, it is hoped that there will be an increase in patients who register themselves using mobile JKN so that they can succeed in the existing JKN program. The results of this activity were obtained by 6 patients/families who could reach the check-in stage to confirm online registration. In conclusion, this activity can improve the knowledge and skills of patients and their families related to the use of the online registration feature in the JKN mobile application
