Strengthening adolescent reproductive health literacy is essential to support healthy decision-making and prevent risky sexual behavior among adolescents. Limited reproductive health literacy may increase vulnerability to sexually transmitted infections, unintended pregnancy, and various psychosocial problems. This community service program aimed to strengthen adolescents' reproductive health literacy through participatory education as an effort to prevent risky sexual behavior among students at SMAS Daerah Kisaran. The activity was conducted on June 11, 2026, at SMAS Daerah Kisaran, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra, involving 120 students. Educational methods included interactive lectures, group discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and health education using presentation media and informational leaflets. Program evaluation was carried out through participant observation and feedback collected at the end of the activity. The implementation demonstrated high participant engagement, active discussion, and improved understanding of reproductive health, puberty, and the prevention of risky sexual behavior. The participatory educational approach encouraged students to actively express their opinions and ask questions, thereby fostering a better understanding of reproductive health issues. This community service activity is expected to serve as a sustainable health promotion and preventive strategy through collaboration between educational institutions and healthcare professionals to improve adolescent reproductive health literacy.
