This study aims to analyze the relationship between risk factors and the occurrence of myogenic Low Back Pain (LBP) at the Rehab Clinic RSU Haji Medan. The analyzed factors include age, gender, body mass index (BMI), and occupation. The research used a descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach and involved 30 respondents diagnosed with myogenic LBP. The results show that the majority of respondents are aged 36-45 years, with most being female. The BMI factor was also significantly related, with most respondents having a normal BMI. Occupations involving heavy physical activity or poor posture were found to have a significant relationship with LBP occurrence. Chi-square tests revealed that age, gender, BMI, and occupation all had significant relationships with myogenic LBP. These findings are expected to provide insights into efforts for the prevention and management of LBP in Indonesia, especially among high-risk populations.
