Hijamah is one of the health practices in the concept of Thibbun Nabawi that continues to face challenges due to limited understanding and perceptions regarding its procedures and safety aspects. This study aimed to analyze changes in students’ perceptions and acceptance of hijamah practices after participating in an educational program based on Thibbun Nabawi values. The study employed a mixed methods approach (simple explanatory design) using quantitative data from pre-test, post-test, and questionnaires, as well as qualitative data obtained from participants’ written reflections. The study was conducted at Madrasah Kencana Langsa, Aceh, in April 2026 involving 28 students who participated in educational activities consisting of material delivery, hijamah practice demonstrations using sterile equipment, interactive discussions, and the utilization of QR Code media as learning support. The results showed an improvement in participants’ understanding, indicated by an increase in the average score from 64.2 in the pre-test to 84.6 in the post-test. The education program also contributed to positive changes in perceptions and increased acceptance of hijamah practices among participants. The integration of Thibbun Nabawi values, safe practical demonstrations, and QR Code-based learning media provided a more interactive learning experience and supported continuous access to educational information. This study demonstrates that a health education model integrating religious values and digital technology has potential for further development as an innovative health education approach.
