Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peningkatan kinerja karyawan sebagai faktor penentu keberhasilan dan daya saing perusahaan di tengah persaingan industri manufaktur yang semakin ketat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan serta peran komitmen organisasi pada karyawan tetap PT Alexindo Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 232 responden ditentukan berdasarkan rekomendasi ukuran sampel dalam analisis SEM dan dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sesuai kriteria penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara daring melalui Google Form. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berperan dalam membangun komitmen organisasi. Selain itu, motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi berkontribusi dalam mendukung kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi terbukti menjadi faktor yang paling dominan dalam mendukung kinerja karyawan dibandingkan variabel lainnya. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa karyawan yang memiliki keterikatan emosional dan rasa memiliki terhadap organisasi cenderung menunjukkan kinerja yang lebih optimal dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi manajemen dalam merancang kebijakan sumber daya manusia yang berorientasi pada peningkatan motivasi kerja, kualitas lingkungan kerja, dan penguatan komitmen organisasi.
