Background: Leg muscle strength is an important element in soccer performance (kicking, sprinting, jumping). However, the majority of players at SSB Utamasia Football Academy have not implemented FIFA 11+ training, even though this program has been proven effective in improving physical performance while reducing injuries. Objective: To test the effect of FIFA 11+ training on leg muscle strength improvement. Methods: This study used a pre-test and post-test design on 25 core players. The FIFA 11+ training intervention was conducted for four weeks (3 times/week). Leg muscle strength was measured using the Vertical Jump Test. Data were analyzed using a paired t-test. Results: There was a significant increase in leg muscle strength. The average vertical jump increased from 37.20 cm (pre-test) to 47.84 cm (post-test). The paired t-test results showed a significance value of p = 0.000. Conclusion: FIFA 11+ training was proven to be significantly effective in increasing leg muscle strength in players at the Utamasia Football Academy SSB.
